Q: Is there a fee to join REACH?

A: Nope! We believe that anyone should be able to join REACH, which is why we have no required fee for our participants. However, if you are able, donations from our participants are always appreciated.

Q: When do REACH meetings usually take place?

A: During our past sessions, we have held meetings once a month on a Saturday. This year, as we are hoping to build and expand our program, we will most likely be holding meetings 2-3 times a month on Saturdays. Official dates will be available soon – thank you for your patience!

Q: Is there adult supervision on REACH’s outdoor excursions?

A: Yes! We will always have a teacher from Hathaway Brown with us, and other adults if our attendance requires it.

Q: What is the age range for REACH?

A: In the past, REACH has been a program dedicated to middle school girls. But, as we expand our program, we plan to involve primary school girls in our activities.

Q: What does a typical REACH meeting look like?

A: In each REACH meeting, we try to include an environmental lesson, fun activities and games, an art project, and some journaling if possible! Our meetings typically last from 10 am to 4 pm. We also provide lunch.
